Introducing: Your Body Unscripted
The Course I Wish Existed Years Ago
I can’t tell you how many times I’ve sat across from a client, or listened to a friend, or even recorded an episode of my podcast, and heard a variation of the same thing:
“I didn’t think other guys struggled with this.”
Body image isn’t just a “women’s issue.” I’ve heard dudes wrestle with it in individual sessions. I’ve heard it in late-night conversations with friends. And I’ve heard it most clearly in the brave stories shared on my podcast, Men Unscripted.
What stands out to me is not just the struggle—it’s the silence. Again and again, men talk about feeling like they’re in it alone.
And over the years, I’ve been asked the same question: “What resources are there for guys who are struggling with this?” The truth? Until now, I didn’t have a really good answer.
But not anymore.
That’s why I created Your Body Unscripted.
This is a self-paced course for men and masculine folks who want a different way forward. No diets. No quick fixes. Just space to reflect, tools to practice, and conversations that name what’s been unsaid for too long.
The course is built around 5 short modules:
You’re Not Alone – Naming the struggle and breaking the silence.
The Armor We Wear – How masculinity teaches us to disconnect from ourselves.
Shame, Silence, and the Body – Why shame thrives in the dark, and how to bring it into the light.
Rewriting the Script – Learning to trust your body and create new stories.
A New Way Forward – Integration, values, and what “home in your body” means now.
Each module includes a video, a reflection prompt, and a practical tool you can start using right away. You can move through it at your own pace, take breaks, and return whenever you need.
If you’ve ever thought you were the only one—this course is proof you’re not.

And if this isn’t for you, but you know someone who might need it, I’d love it if you passed it along. Your support in spreading the news about this program is much appreciated.
There are dudes out there struggling, and they think the only solution is being smaller, changing their bodies to fit within the unrealistic expectations that diet culture says we must adhere to. But there is a different way, they just might not know it yet. Let’s help spread the message so they learn the truth: your body was never the problem that needs fixing.
