Body image and eating struggles don’t discriminate—they impact people of all genders, including men. Yet, finding a space where men can openly talk about these experiences can feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. That’s why I’ve been running the Men’s Body Trust Group since 2021. It’s a supportive and judgment-free environment for men to connect and work on their relationship with their bodies and food.
What’s the Men’s Body Trust Group About?
This group is designed for any adult who identifies as male and is looking for a space to:
Address body image challenges
Explore the impact of eating disorders or disordered eating
Build a foundation of Body Trust and safety around food
We’ll meet every other week on Zoom to discuss these topics and anything else you might be struggling with. Whether you’ve been working on these issues for years or are just starting to explore them, this group is here to meet you where you are.
How It Works
Here’s what you need to know about the group logistics:
Start Date: January 14th, 2025
Time: 4 PM PST
Format: Online via Zoom
Duration: 8 sessions (90 minutes each, every other Tuesday)
Cost: $520 for all 8 sessions (payment plans available!)
This group is about creating a space where men can connect with others who get it. Together, we’ll explore what it means to let go of harmful narratives around food and bodies and work toward a more compassionate, sustainable relationship with ourselves.
Why Join This Group?
Men are often left out of the conversation around body image and eating struggles, which can make it harder to reach out or even acknowledge these challenges. But you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate this journey by yourself.
This group offers:
A safe and supportive community where you can share your experiences without judgment.
A chance to connect with other men who understand the unique pressures we face.
Whether it’s about unpacking the unrealistic expectations around male bodies or finding a way to navigate your relationship with food, this group is here to support you.

A Personal Note
I know how hard it can be to take that first step toward addressing body image struggles. It might feel uncomfortable or even scary to put yourself out there. But here’s the thing: you don’t have to have it all figured out to start. Just showing up is enough.
This group isn’t about quick fixes, weight loss or unattainable perfection—it’s about support, connection, feeling seen
If you’ve been waiting for a sign to take this step, consider this it. I’d love to have you join us.
